Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
E2E Range Management function uniting Range structure, efficiency, and profitability under one strategic framework. Working closely with the Market and Country ranging teams to drive focus, clarity, and commercial impact across categories and markets.”
Key Responsibilities:
Design and drive the range size and structure on given categories. Guidance will be given at category, business segment and planning dimension.
Ensure alignment with category, country CTCs and channels on article allocation and range structure, including seasonal phasing, consumer peaks and category priorities.
Define pricing strategy & pricing pyramids for given categories together with the BU. Including implementation tracking at country level.
Drive data-led range decisions to guide range planning and optimization at key moments of the season providing tools and analysis based on RDP, order book, BU strategy/trends, sell-out, inventory and conversion insights. Including status assessment and recommendations.
Drive data-led range decisions to guide business planning and optimization based on RRP adoption, GIM% & STM% at key moments in the season. Including status assessment and recommendations.
Maintain data driven insights from LAM Consumer & market understanding including distribution, competitor strategies and consumer behaviours by close alignment with BU and channel counterparts.
Create and maintain the required file ecosystem to provide guidance and insights (data bases, dashboards and additional tech tools).
Support the range update process and needs beyond inline requirements per country and category (e.g. ABOs, late adds and key accounts biddings)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills
- Data science background – capability to manage and combine large datasets, bring clear analisis, strong conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
- High influencing skills and ability to make fact-based decisions
- Structured, organized and process oriented
- Strong business acumen, ability to assume a broader perspective (cross-markets/ global)
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed and process heavy organization.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and PBI.
- Databricks, Automation, Agentic development knowledge highly welcomed.
- Fluent in Spanish & English
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 Years experience in Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising or account marketing / sales.
- 3 Years of experience managing or working with large datasets.
