PURPOSE

Drive retail operations excellence across the LAM market by enabling consistent execution, strong performance, and a best‑in‑class consumer experience in all own retail stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and drive market retail operations standards in line with Global Retail CoE guidelines.
  • Strengthen trading excellence, service culture, and operational efficiency across countries.
  • Coach and develop Store Operations and District Managers to build strong multi‑store leadership.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent brand and store execution.
  • Use retail KPIs and market insights to identify opportunities and improve profitability.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Strong background in retail operations with a clear execution mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience influencing and developing managers across markets.
  • Solid analytical skills with hands‑on experience using retail KPIs.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a regional or global environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in retail or retail operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
