Sr. Specialist Buying and Trading
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Drive the commercial performance of the Franchise channel across LADMAR by owning seasonal financial planning, assortment execution, in-season trading acceleration, and store segmentation.
This role ensures that Franchise partners buy the right products, in the right volumes, at the right time — maximizing full price sell-through, margin, and inventory productivity while maintaining alignment with DTC and global guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Own Franchise Open To Buy (OTB) & Financial Planning
Execute and manage pre-season Open to Buy (OTB) aligned to country targets, ensuring disciplined investment by client and door.
Drive Franchise Buying Execution
Lead the buy process for the assigned Franchise channel based on Market Concept to Consumer (CTC) Assortment Plans and Channel Ranges, ensuring optimal assortment depth and segmentation by store tier.
Lead Store Tiering & Categorization
Own the Franchise store categorization framework across LADMAR, ensuring correct product segmentation, allocation logic, and commercial prioritization by tier.
In-Season Trading
Develop the seasonal plan for campaigns, capsules, and commercial packs for stores.
Continuously analyze sell-out trends, consumer behavior, space productivity, and key product concepts to provide data-driven recommendations during sell-in and season reviews
Stock & Inventory Productivity Management
Monitor seasonal stock position, manage weeks cover, and execute stock flow between Franchise and Factory Outlet channels to protect margin and ensure efficient clearance.
End-of-Season Commercial Strategy
Lead end-of-season strategy with partners, including markdown alignment, returns governance, carry forward, and new season availability tracking within contractual framework.

Experience
- University degree in Business or related field
- 2–4 years in Merchandising, Buying or Trading experience
- Apparel, footwear, fashion or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry exposure preferred
