Sr. Specialist Demand Planning
The Sr. Specialist Demand Planning role is key to shaping a reliable, aligned, and insight‑driven demand view for the business. By consolidating DTC demand, maintaining high‑impact performance dashboards, and contributing to strategic discussions through the analysis of key planning inputs (RDP, IBP, Actuals), this role enables stronger and faster decision‑making across channels and markets. Through timely submissions, clear visibility of Risks & Opportunities, and close partnership with Retail, eCommerce, Franchise, Wholesale, and Finance, this position strengthens cross‑functional alignment and reinforces a disciplined, transparent, and future‑focused end‑to‑end planning process
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen cross‑channel alignment by building a common planning language across Retail, eCommerce, Franchise, and Wholesale—bringing clarity to assumptions, demand updates, and Order Book impacts.
- Drive an integrated DTC demand view by consolidating signals across LAM markets, enabling consistent, reliable, and insight‑driven planning decisions.
- Own and evolve the Order Book Dashboard Tool, ensuring high‑quality performance insights, visibility of key metrics, and timely updates for stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to strategic discussions by collaborating in the analysis of RDP vs. IBP and Actuals to highlight key Risks & Opportunities, ensuring transparent and action‑oriented decision‑making
- Enable strong cross‑functional execution by preparing high‑impact materials for Sales Order Status Calls, equipping Wholesale and Franchise teams with clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure financial alignment through the accurate and timely submission of Margin OB Assumptions within the planning cycle.
- Support long‑term planning excellence by submitting RDP assumptions in full alignment with timelines and cross‑functional requirements.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or equivalent education required
- Advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
