HR Generalist – LADMAR
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
As the HR Generalist – LADMAR, you will support the business by delivering high quality, consistent, and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Acting as an operational HR partner for leaders and employees, you will ensure smooth execution of people related activities, support day to day inquiries, and contribute to building an inclusive and engaging culture.
Based in the Panama office and part of the HR LADMAR team, you will serve as a key HR contact, ensuring that people practices align with adidas policies, business priorities, and local legal requirements. This role is essential in fostering positive employee experience and supporting a high performance environment where people can grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Employee Support
• Act as an operational partner to leaders by providing day to day HR guidance, helping to address people matters, and supporting effective decision making.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to HR processes, policies, and programs.
• Support employee relations cases through documentation, coordination, and compliance with adidas standards and local legislation.
Core HR Processes
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes, including contracts, extensions, payroll inputs, employee data management, and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience aligned with local legal requirements and adidas standards.
• Support annual HR cycles (performance, compensation reviews, promotions, talent processes) in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and support audits and compliance activities.
Talent, Engagement & Culture
• Assist in the implementation of people development initiatives, training sessions, and capability building activities across LADMAR.
• Support employee engagement and DEI initiatives, coordinating events and activities that strengthen culture and foster a sense of belonging.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activities as needed (interviews, scheduling, documentation, onboarding).
Projects & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in HR projects across LADMAR to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and drive operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize HR workflows and support the implementation of new tools or practices.

• HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent Management, HR Services)
• Finance and Payroll teams
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong understanding of core Human Resources practices and the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to work confidently with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proactive, solution oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Travel to Colon once a week and visit stores.
Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role supporting multiple HR processes.
• Experience working with regional or multi country teams is an advantage.
