Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Ensure efficient, on-time, and accurate execution of all origin inbound planning processes by coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners. This role leverages data management and analytics (Power BI) to drive visibility, optimize container utilization, and proactively address supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, and carriers to secure timely shipments aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Execute and manage the consolidation process at origin to maximize container fill rates while considering market delivery dates.
  • Track and follow up on Decision tree execution
  • Track purchase orders against agreed due dates, highlight overdue POs, and maintain constant communication with the Order Fulfillment team to address delays.
  • Closely monitor campaign and HLD dates, proactively prioritizing orders to meet market and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and follow up on origin 3PL SLA performance; escalate issues when service levels are not met.
  • Provide visibility and input on container loading and advise on arrival volumes.
  • Contribute to global tender processes and logistics service initiatives when required.
  • Leverage Power BI to create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Lakehouse) to support enterprise-wide analytics and decision-making.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Supply, Order Fulfillment, and multi-brand logistics teams.
  • Identify critical supply chain constraints at origin and recommend proactive solutions (e.g., mode shifts, re-routing, or alternate consolidation points).
  • Support exception management by driving root-cause analysis for recurring origin delays and implementing corrective actions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and monitor origin KPIs and dashboards to measure performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Contribute insights to demand/supply alignment meetings, sharing origin-level risks or opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven Power BI and data management skills.
  • Background in inbound logistics (origin/export focus preferred).
  • Curiosity and ability to translate data into concrete actions.
  • Familiarity with SAP AFS and related systems (ILA, GTS, WFM).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

•    University degree or equivalent education required. 

•    2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in supply chain.
