Sr. Specialist Master Data & Systems
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Drive the execution and governance of master data processes across the Go-To-Market (GTM) lifecycle for LATAM. Ensure data quality, system accuracy, and operational readiness to support merchandising, campaign execution, segmentation, and seasonal commercial milestones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain GTM-related master data across systems.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of article, campaign, segmentation, and commercial data.
• Support key GTM milestones including campaign execution, Early Buy, assortment alignment, and season readiness.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and process gaps.
• Act as key user and functional expert for merchandising and GTM systems.
• Partner with Category Management, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Marketing teams.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Monitor data governance standards and business rules.
• Support system enhancements and digital transformation projects.
• Provide reporting and insights to support business decision-making.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 4+ years in Master Data, Business Operations, GTM, Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong background in process execution, systems, and data governance.
