Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Provide the Order Fulfillment for the adidas Group’s Distribution Centers. Accountable for continuous process improvements for Order Fulfillment topics and deliver on time availability by coordinating/matching supply and demand within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsibility for allocation of sales orders in correct and agreed sequence and delivery note creation. Follow up of all decisions and activities for this process. Regular monitoring and reporting (mainly check of still open orders) to Management team including proposals and recommendations for the flow of goods

· “Process owner” for strategic launches. Thorough understanding of all marketing and business needs. Establish standard framework and templates/reports

· Point of contact for all questions from customer service

· Closely collaborate with inbound team member to understand processes – especially for backup of Inbound Planning

· Educate Inbound Planning regarding Orderbook processes for backup function

· Frequently analyze and report all required information/data (sales orders, inbound, shipping, delivery block etc.)

· Administrate/maintain order book (pre-pack, sales-status, delivery note etc.)

· Support and contribute with all cross functional multi-branded departments and all Markets Region in regards of all order book activities

· Analyze order book fill rate and collaborate across functional areas to achieve overall KPI / delivery targets

· Contribute and pro-actively process all order book requests on the centralized mail-box
