Role: Senior Manager, Wholesale Planning & Operations
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This is a regional adidas SEA role responsible for leading the Wholesale Planning & Operations backbone for Global Key Accounts across Southeast Asia.
The role enables adidas to deliver on its sell-in and sell-out objectives by aligning commercial planning, performance management and supply-chain execution across SEA and Country teams, ensuring the organization operates from one set of facts and one set of priorities.

2. Performance Management & Insight Governance
- Own the performance management rhythm for GKA, including business reviews, hindsight and deep-dives.
- Ensure all analytics deliver clear insight into what is happening, why, and what actions are required.
- Prioritise the analytics agenda so the team focuses on the highest-value commercial and operational questions.

4. Supply & Execution Governance
- Own SEA-level visibility and prioritisation for inbounds, availability, OTIF, delays and shortages.
- Lead cross-functional escalation and prioritisation between SEA, Country teams and Supply Chain when execution trade-offs are required.
- Work closely with Country Wholesale and Customer Service teams to ensure SEA priorities, launch readiness and availability plans are reflected in country execution and escalation paths.
5. SEA–Country Operating Model
- Serve as the primary SEA planning and operations counterpart for Country teams, ensuring two-way flow of information on sell-out, inventory, inbounds and execution risks.
- Ensure SEA priorities are embedded into country operating rhythms, calendars and execution plans.
- Consolidate country inputs into a single SEA execution view that supports faster, better-informed regional decisions.
