Specialist, Store Development
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To support the implementation of store development process by working closely with the Sales & Retail teams to ensure the adidas brand standards of store design execution is met and exceed expectations for all new stores and renovations
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project progress, identifying and support in resolving challenges that may arise during the fit-out phase.

Support in coordinating on going fit-out construction progress and communicate inter-vendor to ensure works are within the timeline.

Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Perform store development construction auditing with support documents across Mono doors.

Perform on site visit , store maintenance auditing and liase with vendor to resolve issue.

Have a clear understanding brand guidelines, drawing plan. Lead external contractors to ensure the seamless integration of design concepts and construction plans as per drawing.

Cross checking global fixtures via shipment order list to ensure all fixture arrive on time.

Coordinate store closures projects, collaborate with Operation, IT technical, Visual merchandising , mall fit out team.

Develop store opening audit and photo report, submit to with respective stakeholders

In-charge of store maintenance issue, engage with suppliers to rectify maintenance work.

Responsible in store development projects related to Multi-brand channel, projects relates to store expansion, revamp or closure.

Placing fixtures, hangers, mannequins and necessary fixture order in the ARIBA system for Multi-brand, support mono stores when necessary.

Quotation and invoice submissions into system for payment arrangement

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Interior Architecture & Design or related field
-
Minimum 2 years work experience in retail design field, preferable experience in sport or clothing industry

PC literature, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages

Good planning and organization skill
