Please note, there are three (3) roles available for this requisition; all in Portland, OR. Candidates who apply to this role may end up in either of these teams.
Team 1: Digital Analytics - Business Performance
Our Business Performance Analytics team provides data-driven insights that guide Buying and Planning teams through both pre-season range building and in-season commercial decisions. We identify demand opportunities, evaluate product and pricing performance, and inform depth, size, and allocation strategies to support stronger, more profitable assortments.
Team 2: Digital Analytics – Marketing & Consumer
Digital Marketing Analytics benchmark consumer performance, generate marketing channel insights and support audience strategy to reach business goals in Consumer & Marketing teams. We achieve this through providing comprehensive measurement framework and accelerating a data-driven decision-making process.
Team 3: Global Team Sports – Operations Analytics
We leverage data to optimize the end-to-end process of creating and delivering custom team uniforms across 20+ markets. By producing reports on order flow, delivery timelines, and factory performance, we uncover actionable insights on product metrics that drive operational excellence and transparency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Key Performance Indicator benchmarking and diagnostic analysis
- Deep dives for ad-hoc business-related questions and insights
- Support with operational site error alerting & root cause analysis
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and digital shopping
- SQL & other data language skills
- Statistical modelling skills preferred
- Curiosity and excellent analytical ability
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University
- Anticipated graduation date is between December 2026 and August 2027
- Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
- Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2026

In early 2024, we began the three chapter journey into the future, centered on our new brand campaign, You Got This. "You Got This" is designed to motivate everyone to overcome pressure and realize their personal potential.

This is your chance to think outside the box, show adidas your authentic self and what makes you passionate about joining the Brand. The only requirement is that the adidas 1-Pager is submitted as a PDF. It can be in any format such as print, visual, written, digital, a link, etc.
