Team Description:
As an intern for Digital Visual Merchandising at adidas you will support the digital execution of specific seasonal campaigns & support in the optimization of key consumer categories. You will assist with digital merchandising activations for the largest sport and style moments of the year. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional workstreams to execute strategies across all digital consumer touch points.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute digital visual merchandising strategy on key categories, including but not limited to originals, sportswear, and sporting moments.
- Enhance sell-through by continuously improving our configurable toolset, with a focus on onsite search, sorting rules, filters, product placement, product badging, evergreen content, page content, third party vendors, and site configuration.
- Assist in the execution of specific global and local digital campaigns and projects.
- Work closely with Marketing Activation, CRM, Buying, Site Ops, SEO/SEM, and Site Experience teams to ensure wider cross-channel campaigns are translating into tangible, logical site experiences
- Support quality of delivery for local activations to ensure that deliverables meet the brief and agreed scope.
- Contribute to the implementation of success KPIs to ensure that implementations are optimized based on results and insights.
- Establish site playbooks and optimization flows for common and seasonal merchandise processes in your area, ensuring we can adapt to business needs and promotions.
- Ensure proper activations launch on time and in full across multiple markets and languages.
- Provide continuous transparency on status of implementations along the season to major key stakeholders.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Affinity for consumer sportswear and lifestyle trends
- Familiarity with consumer journey needs and pain points
- Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activations
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude amid multiple competing project
- Strong IT and numerical skills – On-line platform knowledge. Data driven mindset.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University
- Anticipated graduation date is between December 2026 and August 2027
- Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
- Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2026
