Assistant Manager Pricing & Promotions
PURPOSE OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Shape the pricing and promotion strategy for US Factory Outlet Stores and influence how products reach consumers every season. This role partners across the business to turn data into clear actions that grow sales strengthen margins and optimize inventory while supporting a consistent compelling store experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create preseason and quarterly pricing and promotion plans aligned to sales and margin goals
- Manage pricing and promotional execution across key systems to ensure accuracy at point of sale
- Analyze historical pricing trends and commercial performance to inform future actions
- Partner with visual merchandising teams to ensure promotions are clearly communicated in store
- Share insights on promotional performance to support smarter planning and commercial moments
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Channel buying and allocation teams
- Marketing activation and traffic teams
- Visual excellence and visual direction teams
- District and store leadership teams
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs retail math and performance reporting
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI and merchandising systems
- Ability to translate complex data into practical insights and reporting tools
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in business finance or a related field or equivalent experience
- One to three years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in English
- Comfortable alternating between sitting and standing during the workday
- Hybrid work model with in office collaboration Monday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Friday
