Assistant Manager SEO Content Operations

PURPOSE

Join the SEO team at adidas as the Assistant Manager SEO and help shape how millions of consumers discover the Three Stripes online. In this role, you will bring meaningful content opportunities to life, strengthen adidas.com visibility, and enhance organic growth across North America. You’ll collaborate with talented teammates worldwide to share insights, elevate best practices, and support strategies that expand our reach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with global, PR, design, and agency teams to support daily communications and projects.
  • Support adidas Stories through cross‑functional alignment, content planning, review, and publishing.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that elevate brand visibility and organic growth.
  • Explore and assess new content ideas that engage consumers and increase traffic to adidas.com.
  • Collaborate with SEO and digital teams to strengthen major brand campaigns and priorities.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative working style
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as GA4, Adobe, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Botify or similar
  • Understanding of organic content strategies that drive visibility traffic and revenue
  • Ability to build clear presentations that communicate SEO strategy to non‑SEO partners
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work in a dynamic environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of enterprise SEO experience
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint Excel Word and Outlook
  • eCommerce experience preferred
  • Content or editorial marketing experience preferred
  • Four‑year college or university degree preferred

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which provides the flexibility to work remotely Fridays each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration, concentration or in-person presentation, in-office attendance is expected.  The working location of this position is Portland.
