Asst. Manager Range Architecture
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Contribute and help drive range efficiency by defining range architecture, phasing, and pricing guidance needed to achieve brand and financial targets across Market North America in line with global guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- With guidance and support, work closely with the Range Architecture team to analyse and recommend the ideal seasonal market Range Architecture for the US and Canada for assigned Business Units.
- Help gather relevant information to coordinate and deliver quantitative and qualitative range analysis for assigned Business Units, including collecting information from all relevant sell in, sell out, and efficiency metrics.
- Contribute to the preparation of the preliminary version of the assigned BU range architecture within the context range architecture (Range size, efficiency, phasing, pricing, share of business).
- Support on preparing the final seasonal Market Range Architecture and ensure its alignment with the Global Brand Horizontal Framework including local adjustments according to local BU and other Brand-wide strategic choices.
- Support the Market Price Architecture by reflecting the Market pricing strategy within the Market Range Architecture.
- Help to identify risks both preseason and in season where the market could potentially miss financial targets and/or market ambitions due to product opportunities or gaps.
- Provide relevant information and support as needed to Market Business Units to guarantee adherence to market range architecture.
- Contribute to the preparation of range guidance deliveries to BU Market Teams, Demand Planning, SCM, and WHS/DTC partners and assist in the collection of their input to be reflected in the market Range architecture.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Business acumen, ability to assume a broader perspective (cross-markets/ global)

- Structured, organized and process orientated
- Previous experience in Category Management or Merchandising/ Ranging/Sales/Planning
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in English
- 3 to 5 years of typical relevant work experience
