PURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Join adidas in shaping the future of digital commerce across North America. This role leads pre-season Planning and Buying for our owned digital channels—including e-commerce, App, and Confirmed—ensuring the right products reach the right consumers at the right time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement seasonal Open-to-Buy strategies aligned with financial targets and global direction
- Manage product volumes and inventory levels to support timely launches and optimal stock positions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the consumer experience and drive demand
- Use data and insights to inform buying decisions and refine seasonal plans
- Lead and support a small team, fostering growth and alignment with business goals

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience in Buying or a related merchandising function
- Strong understanding of buying principles and digital commerce
- Proficiency in planning tools and systems
- Analytical mindset with ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Effective collaborator across teams and functions
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in buying, merchandising or planning, ideally in fashion or sporting goods
- Experience in digital commerce preferred
