Financial Analyst
Purpose: Identifies, defines and performs financial analysis for the Marketing and OOH team. Produces reports on key metrics and can interpret and conduct analysis on aspects of the Marketing Expense and OOH portfolio. Owns business processes and makes recommendations and executes on improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts monthly close, provides monthly forecast and annual budget for marketing and OOH related expenses
- Meets with Management to resolve financial variances to budget and forecast
- Provides support to supervisor, senior management and headquarters with ad hoc financial analysis
- Identifies, defines and communicates key financial metrics
- Supports business processes and reviews operational procedures, technologies and methodologies. Collaborates to implement improvements.

- Legal, HR, Tech and other OOH budget owners
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel
- Ability to understand and use financial data to make decisions and influence outcomes
- Ability to be self-directed while working under tight deadlines
- Ability to organize and keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people and cultures daily
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business via phone, written communication and in person
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- SAP Experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business, Finance or Accounting from a four-year college or university and 2-3 years related experience and/or training
- Or MBA with 1-2 years related experience and/or training
