Inbound Manager, Business Process Management

 PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

LEAD PERFORMANCE AND TEAM SUCCESS
Set clear goals, provide guidance, and support a collaborative environment focused on results.

 

OPTIMIZE INBOUND PROCESSES
Evaluate and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across North America operations.

 

OWN REPORTING AND METRICS STRATEGY
Lead dashboard development, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

COLLABORATE ACROSS FUNCTIONS
Engage with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

 

STANDARDIZE AND DOCUMENT PROCESSES
Ensure procedures are accurately documented and consistently applied across the region.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience
  • Proficiency in ERP (SAP), WMS, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with BOTs, Power BI, and coding
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, Oregon.
