Manager, Franchise Fulfillment
Purpose:
This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening adidas’ commercial success across North America by ensuring our most iconic, brand‑defining products are consistently available where consumers expect them—across both digital and physical channels. The position is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end operational processes that enable timely, accurate fulfillment of franchise, wholesale, and Direct‑to‑Consumer demand.
Core responsibilities include overseeing system‑driven availability creation, directing allocation strategies, and managing delivery note execution, all while upholding business rules that ensure effective stock sharing at a NAM scale. Through this work, the role directly supports optimized product flow, operational excellence, and the reliability our customers and partners expect from the adidas brand.
Success hinges on strong cross‑functional collaboration. The role partners closely with NAM Supply Chain, account management, sales planning, and demand planning teams to provide visibility, drive coordinated actions, elevate process performance, and ultimately improve our key operational metrics—particularly COTA and COTIF.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and establishing new processes to drive availability and fulfillment for key franchise for NAM adidas
- Drive reporting transparency and analytics regarding on time availability performance for wholesale, eCOM and Retail business channel, both actual/historical as well as projected performance to support decision making
- Collaborate with stakeholders on implementing a pre-season article readiness for key
- Work with stakeholders in Demand planning, Marketing and Sales to understand and ensure key business priorities are reflected in the systems
- Provide a consumer and customer-centric service towards business stakeholders
- Work with the Senior Manager Availability Management to develop the short and mid term game plan for NAM Availability Management and lead the execution of strategy/initiatives
- Support development of the Availability Framework, collaborating with partners in NAM, other markets and global functions Execute allocation, delivery note creation and backorder/season cleanse jobs against defined rules, schedule and monitor results

- At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday
Qualifications:
- A university degree with emphasis in the areas of business, logistics or operations
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in supply chain management
- 1 to 2 years' experience of people and operational management
- Strong skills in ERP (SAP)/WMS systems & Microsoft Office Suite
- PowerBI
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
- SQL experience is a plus
