Manager, Sales Strategy & Execution

Purpose:  This is a key role that manages and delivers strategic projects across one Wholesale Channel and it’s support the Channe Lead with preparation for milestones and strategic presentations, workshops, etc. while focusing on the customers’ expectations and requirements.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Project Management

  • Lead and manage to successfully deliver assigned projects from end to end.
  • Ensure full understanding of project scope to be able to design detailed project plans.
  • Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan through effectively coordinating people and resources.
  • Monitor and highlight any project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project plan and make suggestions to implement corrective or preventative actions.
  • If required support any changes for the respective project and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
  • Drive senior management wholesale meetings from content deliverables, cadence of meetings and action planning.
  • Strong ability to work in ambiguity to story-tell issues, present solutions, and define a clear path forward in close partnership with Senior Leadership
  • Finalize all activities across the projects/programs to formally close and hand over the project, ensuring project documents are approved, completed, maintained, and stored appropriately.
     

Financials and Controlling

  • Control the allocated project costs on time in budget
  • Ensure compliance of brand identity
  • Manage project through tracking and reporting to senior management

 

Communication and Administrative

  • Use appropriate and effective communication methods to update Senior and Executive Management on how we are tracking against projects/plans via PowerPoint presentations, project tracking, email communication, etc.
  • Support the preparation of key presentations/milestones for internal and external audiences.
  • Lead organizing events, managing itineraries, and coordinating with cross functional partners to execute workshops, external facing meetings or leadership meetings with participants across time zones.

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Pro- active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
  • Business mindset: Very good numerical and analytical skills
  • Good experience to manage projects and stakeholders, ideally both at local and global level and at Senior Leadership level
  • Good communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting with different levels of business
  • Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
  • Fluent English (verbal and written),
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office

 

Qualifications :

  • Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive work experience in mid to large scale project or program management
  • PMI/PMO certified preferred
