Purpose
Support wholesale, sales operations and legal to achieve and maintain a clean, compliant and healthy WHS e-Commerce landscape, focusing on e-Marketplace sellers and protecting product values.
Key Accountabilities
• Maintain and govern against the e-Marketplace policy, Restricted Franchise policy and authorized reseller customer list
• Own e-Marketplace enforcement of NAM seasonal MAP policy and adidas Terms & Conditions, including communication and tracking of violations
• Set seasonal tracking strategy for the NAM market, and organize and validate data input to enable accurate monitoring & governance in vendor systems
• Collaborate with Business Units, Sales and Merchandising to manage desired marketplace compliance. Advance processes to achieve desired results
• Develop and update routine reports and documents highlighting trends and progress. This includes monthly recap reports on the listing activity of key product franchises for internal business partners
• Manage relationship with contracted vendor and agencies that provide monitoring capabilities
• Set up and maintain system for documents and records, ensuring accurate and logical organization of files, control confidentiality of files as appropriate
• Explore opportunities to advance monitoring strategy and additional business uses to benefit the organization through the monitoring process
• Oversee the WHS ePartner customer list and approval process
• Assist in development and maintenance of NAM WHS eCommerce Policy
• Engage and participate in cross-functional projects as required
• Ad-hoc analysis and support
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Advanced MS Office skills, with exceptional Excel and Power Query skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other relevant data management programming languages
• Familiarity with SAP, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and other relevant systems and analytical software
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, and ability to create insights with action
• Ability to think cross functionally and develop innovative solutions within an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, stakeholders, cross-functional business leaders and peers
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners
• Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities to accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of retail terminology, go-to-market processes and systems preferred
• Ability to be self-directed while working under tight deadlines\
Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience)
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Experience in sales, business or financial analysis and planning
• Digital marketplace or industry specific experience preferred
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point skills required
