Program Coordinator (Limited Time Duration - 6 Months)
PURPOSE
This is a key position to support the WHS leadership executive agenda & operating model, act as a gatekeeper and coordinate requests impacting the organization, support the production of key content and help connect the dots across organization’s people, processes and business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive agenda, operating model & management framework
• Support the execution of the NAM WHS operating rhythm & calendar keeping the organization engaged and aligned, including leadership meetings, townhalls, huddles, etc.
• Coordinate meetings, with duties including collecting and organizing relevant information from necessary parties, preparing needed documents, and creating/following up on action items and agreements.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure smooth team and business workflows • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
• Track, update, and maintain team documents, trackers and project timelines. • Assist with preparation of leadership meetings and key seasonal milestones.
NAM Head Office Liaison and Content Coordination & Production
• Act as a support on requests coming from NAM HO and global counterparts, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and the collection of information.
• Collaborate with other Head Office functions in NAM and beyond to ensure right representation of WHS while facilitating communication and alignment.
• Draft, edit, and organize content as needed to support leadership communications, business updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
Culture and Communications
• Support implementation of the NAM WHS communication framework, including tools, channels, and mechanisms that keep the organization informed and engaged.
• Partner with stakeholders to support the NAM WHS People Strategy, fostering a sense of belonging, engagement, and positive team culture.
• Coordinate internal communications, including newsletters, updates, announcements, and leadership messages.
Learning and Development
• Act as support on Learning and Development Global initiatives, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and actioning all requests.
• Support execution of Learning and Development programs and strategy, proactively managing timelines, stakeholders, and processes to support the channel and function.
• Maintain program materials, logistics, and communications to help leadership execute L&D programs effectively.
• Act as a liaison between cross functional teams, ensuring all parties have the information and support needed.
• Track program participation, feedback, and performance metrics to support leadership with insights that enhance future L&D initiatives.

• Able to synthesize complex and diverse data to formulate actionable recommendations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at the highest level
- At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
• 1-2 years related business experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluent in English, Spanish an advantage
