Project Manager Head Office (6 Month LTD)
As a member of the Brand Marketing Head Office, you will be an integral partner on key brand and marketing initiatives in North America. This role will serve as a Project Manager, supporting priority brand activations, launches, and moments throughout the year, ensuring successful planning & execution. Your role is to ensure the success of assigned projects through operational excellence. Holding people accountable to deadlines, budgets, and commitments. Empowered to drive change based on project needs to ensure projects stay on objective and timeline.
Key Responsibilities

Support key launches, activations, and brand moments from brief creation all the way through execution and tear down.

Drive and execute, in partnership with the Project Lead, the Activation Planning process, including but not limited to: workback schedules, meeting scheduling and planning, team charter creation, deck creation, project tracking, recap creation, etc.

Work with cross-functional partners to establish project deliverables. Build, maintain, and manage all project deliverables against the broader project schedule.

Create and maintain regular project status reports and Comms decks for core team as well as leadership. Provide action-oriented meeting and weekly project status recaps.

Own, organize, and moderate internal project status meetings to capture progress, share, and problem-solve with the project lead.

Oversee the entire budget process across all stakeholders. Develop and monitor project budgets, open and manage Purchase Orders, and flag any budget issues / deadlines as needed.

Support the team in product ordering for launches, activations, and brand moments

Moderate post-project debriefs and ensure project KPI reporting across core team and leaders. Create project recaps and support project tear downs

As needed, attend and support core team members in agency meetings.

As needed, flex and support on Marketing Head Office projects, including but not limited to: Executive Leadership communications, team meetings, team off-sites, strategic planning projects, team culture moments, etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required:

3-5 years of project management experience managing complex programs with numerous deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders. Preferred experience in activation planning or brand campaigns.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once; ability to prioritize and drive focus in complex projects.

Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint, inclusive of deck building, design, and executive storytelling

Experience in cross-functional partner relationship management

Experience managing large budgets with multiple stakeholders.

Strong data organization and reporting ability

Strong collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
