Recruiter - Retail
Purpose: As a Recruiter supporting North America Retail, you will deliver the leadership talent that drives our stores and customer experience. In this fast‑paced role, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment for store leadership positions, from P1 Store Managers through M2 District Managers, across multiple markets. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition teammates, HR, and Retail Leadership to execute hiring strategies, support market‑level hiring initiatives, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Accountabilities
- Support full‑cycle recruitment for Retail Store leadership roles across the market, spanning P1 Store Managers through M2 District Managers, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and talent priorities
- Collaborate with HR and Retail Leadership, including Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Leaders, to understand location‑specific and market‑level recruiting needs
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including posting roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure strong leadership talent that aligns with brand standards, customer expectations, and operational performance goals.
- Maintain active and robust candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, and local outreach efforts.
- When applicable participate in and help coordinate hiring events as needed, both virtual and on-site, also including job fairs, open houses, and seasonal ramp or new store opening campaigns.
- Provide a positive, timely, and professional experience for every candidate and hiring manager throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Support recruitment goals aligned with both global and market KPIs and SLAs.
- Support Retail Back Office hiring and flex across the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed, partnering with functional leaders and other business areas based on priority, bandwidth, and organizational needs.
- Share real-time insights and feedback with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve processes and outcomes and collaborate on TA projects as bandwidth allows.
- Leverage the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to effectively communicate the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to candidates.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-volume roles across different locations simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Consumer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and experience.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally or support hiring events outside of regular work location as needed.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable using technology tools, including ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.
Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
- Four-year College or University degree
- Experience in retail or corporate recruiting strongly preferred.
- Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
- Familiarity with retail store environments is a plus.
