Recruitment Partner - HR
Purpose: As a Recruitment Partner, you are the Talent Acquisition expert and trusted advisor to the business. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment and provide strategic guidance throughout key hiring and talent milestones. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and sourcing teams to attract top talent and build strong pipelines for current and future needs.
With a pipeline-first mindset, you’ll proactively engage talent pools and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to ensure readiness for upcoming roles. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience while continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: strategy meeting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Leverage the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to effectively communicate the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to candidates.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, guiding recruitment decisions and talent planning.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Conduct efficient and effective resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews/assessments.
- Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting colleagues to share talent and insights.
- Provide regular updates and coaching to hiring managers throughout the TA process.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Participate in strategic, TA projects and quarterly business reviews as required.
- Use recruitment systems to track progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Drive performance and outcomes aligned with defined global and local Talent Acquisition KPIs.
- Support additional areas of the business outside of your core partners as capacity allows.
- Handle 12-18 requisitions across all grade levels including M2+ roles, particularly in specialized or difficult areas of the business (e.g., Design, Analytics), and support hard-to-fill roles across any function as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions, role types, and organizational levels.
- Proven capability to act as a strategic talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions aligned with business goals.
- Skill in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and job boards.
- Proficiency in conducting resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth candidate interviews.
- Knowledge of how to effectively communicate and utilize an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and engage talent.
- Experience coaching and advising hiring managers to ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging recruitment process.
- Familiarity with tracking, analyzing, and maintaining recruiting data using applicant tracking systems and related tools.
- Ability to manage complex or senior-level requisitions, including those in niche or hard-to-fill functional areas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize competing demands.
- Business acumen to connect recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
- 3- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Four-year College or University degree
- Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
- At adidas we offer a hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday
