Sales Compensation Analyst
PURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will support the Sell2Win program by managing workflows, calculations, reporting, and analytics that directly impact sales success. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, timely execution, and meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Sell2Win workflows including scope changes, onboarding, and reorganizations
- Prepare and process scheduled and ad hoc commission calculations aligned with plan rules
- Maintain and audit data across dashboards, systems, and SharePoint to ensure accuracy and readiness
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support plan effectiveness and competitiveness
- Support annual and ad hoc target setting and ensure compliance with governance standards
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Work closely with HR Sales Compensation, Rewards, Services, Sales Market Teams, Finance, HR Business Partners, and Tech & Data Analytics to deliver seamless compensation operations.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Advanced Excel skills including data modeling and analysis
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboard management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Effective collaboration across teams and levels
REQUISITE EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in financial analysis, planning, or data analytics
- Experience with compensation programs and performance-based payouts preferred
- Familiarity with SAP and industry-standard analytics tools

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland.
