Sample Vault Associate
Purpose: The Samples Warehouse Associate is a full-time member of the Marketing Operations Team within the Samples Distribution Center. Daily tasks will include computerized inventory check-ins, accurately processing orders through selecting, hanging, racking, packing, labeling, loading, shipping (value-added services) and/or other functions as assigned to achieve projected volume and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize computerized Sample4U (S4U) system and Barcode 2D scanners to process all barcoded products.

Ability to learn and follow detailed inventory organization processes/procedures.

Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Accurately record inbound seasonal inventory and outbound liquidation and donation inventory, via computerized TEAM’s Logs and complete necessary paperwork

Flexibility to cross-train and work in multiple warehouse areas

Work well under pressure during peak seasonal events

Work safely and maintain a clean work environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
-
Regularly required to view, talk, hear, sit, stand and/or walk, use fingers, hands, arms, and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push, pull, bend, and/or twist for up to eight (8) hours/day.

Regularly required to climb, stoop, kneel and/or crouch
-
Regularly required to lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds

Work safely on elevated surfaces (Dock/Truck)

Able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

High school or GED level of education is required
-
Required to view, speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language

Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
