Senior Analyst, Orderbook Fulfillment

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support and enhance the planning process for the US Wholesale business by focusing on accurate target setting across the full DC network. Analyze orderbook & invoicing trends to support informed decisions on network target achievability. This role plays a major part in NAM capacity planning & requires regular collaboration with key stakeholders to align activities and achieve NAM financial goals. The Wholesale planning function can be very fast-paced, requiring high-impact decisions to be made in a short amount of time. This role is a key supporter in that decision-making process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support US Wholesale target achievement through accurate DC target-setting
  • Develop comprehensive orderbook analyses to capture trends, changes & relevant call outs that support or create barriers to section/NAM target
  • Engage in cross-functional alignment for accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Support the timely submission of forecasts for DC network & develop/evolve supporting analysis
  • Identify opportunities and risks against the plan, providing actionable recommendations and driving solutions to enhance performance.
  • Manage communications for in-month/in-quarter volumes & identify under-lying issues when not supporting the target. Identify and drive solutions to resolve gaps.
  • Manage forecasts & analyze business performance at relevant levels to support business needs including order classification, conversion rates, target fluctuations & gap plans.  Share insights & provide guidance to improve sell-through in partnership with Buying & Allocation.
  • Evolve/develop standardized reporting practices and tools across cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the Sales (AO), Finance, DC Leads & supporting SCM functions
  • Partner with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and achievement of results.
  • Creative thinking to drive initiatives to deliver the target & streamline and improve the planning process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in supply chain or other planning functions with strong acumen in math & ability to identify trends/orderbook shifts
  • Strong competence in best practices & foundations in general planning
  • Must be a self-starter— ability to independently align with goal, work autonomously to identify/drive solutions & communicate progress/barriers
  • Ability to leverage data to make informed recommendations that drive business results
  • Strong collaboration to build relationships and work cross-functionally to develop solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction & ability to translate ideas into actions.
  • Exceptional skills in prioritizing tasks, attention to detail, and managing multiple assignments simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable taking calculated risks & ability to present insights clearly, responding effectively to questions from leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity & able to support high-impact decisions quickly
