Senior Manager Brand Communications
Purpose & Overall Relevance to the Organization
This team is responsible for developing and executing some of the most visible marketing initiatives for the organization, with a primary focus on the annual Brand Campaign. We believe that a strong, collaborative team culture is key to our success.

This role will lead and support key 2D and 3D creative development workstreams, while also managing internal initiatives. High level responsibilities include creative development, agency management, market collaboration, partner and product integration, campaign testing, and global toolkit execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and delivery of global campaign toolkits—from creative lock to market handover.
- Develop localization frameworks and guidelines that empower local markets to execute campaigns with consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop holistic, omni-channel marketing plans for global brand campaigns.
- Manage the creation and alignment of internal communications (e.g., marketing updates) distributed across the organization.
- Oversee external creative agencies—from briefing and concept development to toolkit delivery—ensuring output meets brand and consumer expectations.
- Ensure creative concepts align with campaign goals and effectively engage our target audiences across all channels and markets.
- Brief and integrate Sports Marketing and Culture Marketing partners into campaign activation strategies when needed.
- Serve as the lead for large-scale, on-the-ground content productions focused on 2D and 3D creative deliverables.
- Lead creative testing initiatives in partnership with third-party vendors to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Stay current on the evolving media landscape, including emerging technologies and new media opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong strategic thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive experience in marketing communications, campaign development, and execution
- Deep understanding of the dynamic marketing landscape and solid project management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage platforms/tools used by multiple teams
- Experience working with internal teams and external partners (e.g., product marketing, comms, social, digital)
- Passion for sports, fashion, and entertainment industries
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to lead key workstreams and influence senior leadership
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), with an emphasis in Communications/Marketing/Business preferred
- 8 years sport or fashion related marketing (or experience with brand marketing)
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale content productions
