Senior Manager Product Concepts & Curation
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
The role of Sr. Manager – Confirmed Product Concepts and Curation is responsible selecting, organizing, and planning products from across the brand in a way that is meaningful and valuable to the CONFIRMED consumer. This process sets a foundation to inform and springboard global digital content, activation, and A+E initiatives supporting: Brand strategy, Individual market business needs and plans and Digital/ Consumer Experience targets.
As a global function, this role will oversee curation planning process, manage seasonal touchpoints, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of product assortments. You will be responsible for performance tracking, identifying market-specific opportunities, and ensuring the seamless integration of CONFIRMED global concepts into global and local strategies.
To succeed in this role, you must build and maintain strong relationships with global and local teams, including Market Category and Ecom buying, Global Strategy & Planning, and the CONFIRMED team. You must bring strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope: Accountable for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of localized product assortments, ensuring alignment with CONFIRMED’s global vision.
Strategic Planning & Seasonal Execution:
• Lead and manage CONFIRMED’s seasonal and annual planning framework, aligning global and market needs.
• Own end-to-end seasonal planning, from ideation and framework design to execution and continuous improvement.
• Identify, align, and optimize key product drops, partnerships, and concepts using digital capabilities and tools.
Cross-functional Alignment & Market Collaboration:
• Act as the bridge between Brand BU and CONFIRMED Digital teams, ensuring seamless integration into seasonal milestones.
• Collaborate with Market Category, Ecom buying, and local teams to create and execute tailored curation plans for key markets (NAM, EU, JP, KR).
• Collect market feedback and insights, ensuring CONFIRMED’s global vision is aligned with local business needs.
Product Assortment:
• Review global assortments with GTM and product marketing teams to ensure seasonal brief needs are met and opportunities are identifed.
• Oversee local assortment performance, ensuring adoption, execution, and success across all markets.
Market Engagement & Performance Monitoring:
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive and compelling CONFIRMED seasonal guide for global and local markets.
• Track and measure performance of local assortments, key product collections, and premium heat strategies.
• Conduct competitive and marketplace intelligence analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize CONFIRMED’s impact.
Stakeholder Communication & Industry Insights:
• Provide upstream feedback to Global Strategy, Planning, and Global Curation teams to refine future programs.
• Research, ideate, and deliver data-driven briefs to creation teams to drive informed decision-making.
• Champion local empowerment and CONFIRMED mindset adoption, serving as the first point of contact for upskilling and problem-solving.

• Proven experience in GTM planning, merchandising, assortment planning and/or product/digital marketing.

• Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise-level digital platforms.
• Fluency in English.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of professional experience in multi-national business environment (ideally 3+ years experience in a GTM/Merchandising, Digital and/or Brand/Product Marketing environment)
• Experience in Growth/Loyalty / Membership Marketing is a plus
• Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
