Senior Manager SCM Product OF
POSITION DUTIES: The Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM) will enable operational excellence and future readiness across the global supply chain landscape, covering not only global SCM functions but also adjacent market SCM teams. This role focuses on translating strategic direction and demand into a domain strategy and product portfolio that balances both future readiness and the resolution of current operational challenges. Will take ownership of SAP S/4HANA and SAP AFS systems as the primary products within the domain. Responsible for product ownership for all systems and processes related to Order Fulfillment and Distribution, including defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and the delivery of the solutions across the organization. The role also requires business process ownership at the operational level, working on process improvements and ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, IT, and internal stakeholders to ensure the systems' functionality meets the needs of the business. Ensure product success by overseeing the entire lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA and SAP AFS products, from strategy to execution. Lead the prioritization of the product backlog, manage product delivery, and ensure that the product development aligns with the defined business goals. Responsible for continuous improvement of the product to enhance business value, leveraging feedback and data-driven insights. Specific responsibilities include: Product Ownership & Vision: Oversee the success of SAP S/4HANA and SAP AFS systems, ensuring they provide value to the company and consumers. Develop and manage the product vision and roadmap, driving continuous improvements and ensuring business value; Operational Excellence: Take ownership of the end-to-end Order Fulfillment processes within global SCM. Manage complex processes, including procurement, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and billing, within SAP MM and SAP SD modules; System Integration & Optimization: Ensure smooth integration and data flow between SAP S/4HANA, SAP AFS, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Optimize interfaces and middleware systems, ensuring seamless system performance; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, business units, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of enhancements; Business Process Improvement: Lead the ongoing analysis of existing processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Implement improvements and drive the adoption of best practices across global supply chain teams; Change Management: Lead change management activities for SAP implementations and other operational process improvements. Ensure that the business is prepared for new product features and system updates; Agile Leadership: Lead agile teams in the execution of product development, ensuring clear goals, deadlines, and collaborative efforts across teams. Oversee the definition of done for each backlog item and ensure the right enhancements are delivered.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field of study, and five (5) years of experience in a related Supply chain, distribution, and order fulfillment roles, driving global fulfillment and distribution transformation through continuous process improvements and overseeing the product vision and execution across teams. Work experience must have included: Five (5) years of experience with the following: (1) Product/Project Management of Manhattan OneWMS integration with SAP AFS and S/4 HANA ERP systems, including configuration expertise within Supply Chain Order Fulfillment in at least three continents; (2) Implementing automated reconciliation program between SAP AFS and WMS, with transaction monitoring and rapid troubleshooting of integration issues; and (3) Middleware integration and system interface optimization using TIBCO and BW (Business Warehouse) to TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Two (2) years of experience with the following: (1) SD (SD1 & SD2) modules; (2) Lead SAP AFS to S/4HANA end-to-end migration projects including data migration, cutover planning, and legacy system decommissioning; (3) Management of SAP aATP and Delivery Note creation/splitting, across all sales channels (retail, wholesale, and e-Commerce); and (4) Deploy RFID-based systems to enable real-time, end-to-end tracking from source to distribution center to customer. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally 5% of time.
