Specialist, Store Allocation
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Support the in-season Allocation and Trading across all DTC channels with a focus on Concept Stores. Execute the initial allocations and in-season replenishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with allocations to assure that stores needs are covered by following the Channel Ranges provided by Market CTC Assortment Plan teams, and by providing with the optimal initial volumes to achieve store sales plans
- Support weekly monitoring of KPIs and assist in the implementation of the in-season replenishment of stocks according to store performance
- Support inventory flow by chain, region, district, store, and store groups (to include store size, climate, seasonally, capacity, etc.) to budget

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- General understanding of channel operations
- Strong analytical skills Understanding of MS Office Suite and familiarity with merchandising systems/applications. Strong Excel skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the business via phone, written and in-person communication
- Ability to synthesize data, identify trends and recommend viable solutions
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- 1- 2 years typical relevant work experience
- Experience with Retail and/or Merchandising preferred
