Sr Manager, Supply Chain Wholesale Strategic Planning

PURPOSE
Lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and sustain comprehensive, harmonized processes that enhance the strategic planning of adidas’ Wholesale Supply Chain Management (SCM). Support the Wholesale business by enabling best-in-class delivery timing and execution of customer demand through effective preseason inputs and planning, while organizing regular account interaction cadences to drive partnership and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of supply chain professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain harmonized supply chain processes.
- Preseason Planning: Enhance the strategic planning of adidas’ Wholesale SCM through effective preseason inputs and planning, inclusive of seasonal article readiness and lead times, fulfillment/deployment mix, and GTM milestones / deadlines to enable best-in-class availability.
- Project Management: Support business projects as necessary
- Account Interaction Cadence Organization: Organization of regular account interaction cadences to drive partnership and continuous improvement, inclusive of decks and action item tracking.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and further improve supply chain performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks to ensure seamless operations.
- Cost Optimization: Drive cost optimization initiatives, while maintaining high service levels.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to drive collaborative ways of working.
- Effective Communication and Storytelling: Regularly provide executive summaries, strategic decks, and be able to effectively drive action through communication and storytelling.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, Post-graduate level preferred; alternatively equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear and/or Apparel
- Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Customer Service environment within the footwear and apparel industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management roles or external stakeholder management
