Sr. Manager CRM Transformation & Marketing Technology
- Define and evolve the North America CRM and Martech strategy in alignment with global teams.
- Audit current systems and build roadmaps that support long-term growth and membership goals.
- Lead implementation and adoption of new tools, optimizing workflows and team efficiency.
- Partner across analytics, finance, ecommerce, and membership teams to ground decisions in data.
- Champion change management and process education across the organization.

- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms and outbound marketing channels
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven success in process and technology optimization
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and AmpScript
- 8+ years in digital roles, ideally in ecommerce or retail
- 5+ years in global, matrixed environments

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland.
