Director Supply Chain Management
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Director GBS Global Product Supply will oversee Purchase Order Management activities, ensuring efficiency, agility, and alignment with business goals. This role will drive strategic planning, digital transformation, and supply optimization to enhance the performance of overall Global Product Supply organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and governance of global Purchase Order Management (POM), ensuring process standardization, compliance, and alignment with supply chain objectives
- Collaborate with Market interface and sourcing liaison office teams to ensure the most commercially relevant supply plan is achieved
- Develop and implement processes and tools that contribute to product availability targets through strong organizational skills and understanding of existing workflow and processes.
- Support strategic initiatives/ projects as required and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement
- Provide visibility to SCM senior leadership in Markets of purchasing performance, seeking guidance and influencing changes needed to improve service levels to the business.
- Lead and adapt organizational structures and processes to achieve objectives. Provide training, coaching, professional growth and career planning for the team.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of supply chain principle and demand/supply models.
- Strategic/visionary thinking, acting with an end2end supply chain mindset.
- Result oriented with the ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
- Service-minded and consumer/customer oriented in decision taking-process, with a view on long term effectiveness.
- Outstanding communication skills and personal presence, with proven ability to interact, influence and convince at senior management level.
- Ability to mediate and bring different stakeholders with different objectives to agree on a consensus and drive decision making.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead a high performing team; ability to coach, guide and develop talent.
- Fluent in English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries including leadership positions.
