HR Payroll Intern
At adidas Porto, our diverse team of over 900 employees, representing 40 nationalities, creates a powerful mix of global talent. Located in Maia, Porto, this location covers key areas such as Finance, Procurement, Accounts & Sales Ops, HR & Payroll, Supply Chain, Digital, Tech, and Data, among others.
As an intern, you will collaborate with the GBS HR Services Payroll team to develop a new onboarding plan for adidas Porto, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for new hires while aligning with the GBS's operational standards. Additionally, you will enhance internal administrative controls by standardizing processes, aligning them with the existing control matrix, and assessing risk coverage within the HR Services stream.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Creating materials and coordinating training needs for new hires.
- Collaborate with the GBS Payroll team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Review and enhance internal controls for HR administrative and payroll tasks, aligning them with the control matrix.
- Identify gaps in risk coverage, develop mitigation strategies, and implement improved control measures.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports on findings, recommendations, and implemented changes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master's students in HR, Management, Psychology or related.
- Enrolled in a Portuguese university and eligible for a curricular internship.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
