Manager - Legal Solutions

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

 

The role supports the Legal Solutions function to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department. This role focuses on implementing processes, managing tools and vendors, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enable the legal team to deliver high-quality services to the business.

 

This is an ideal role for a commercially minded legal or operations professional looking to build expertise in legal technology, contract management, and operational excellence.


Key responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of legal processes, policies, and workflows
  • Support the administration and adoption of legal technology tools
  • Contribute to process automation initiatives
  • Manage small-sized projects from concept to implementation.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and reports for legal leadership
  • Act as a first point of contact for users of legal tools, including troubleshooting and training support
  • Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and rollouts
  • Help ensure adherence to internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain documentation of legal processes and controls

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of corporate experience in general corporate, transactional and commercial legal fields
  • Experience with multinational companies
  • Good understanding of technology and practical knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft365 or respective MS-Office standard tools
