Manager Mid-Term Supply Network Planning (Temporary)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
SCP (Supply Chain Planning) is a global team focussed on E2E S&OP/E planning and execution across 0-24 months horizon along with the global and market stakeholders. The Mid-term (MT) supply planning team within SCP is focused on E2E planning RCCP (rough cut capacity planning) for the Mid-term horizon (~12-24 months).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the MT supply plan, consolidating demand, supply, and capacity data across functions.
- Gather inputs, analyze variances, and prepare material for S&OP reviews with markets and global teams.
- Align with Demand Planning and Finance to maintain up‑to‑date assumptions in the RCCP model.
- Work with Sourcing Operations to update capacity constraints and production feasibility.
- Collaborate with Logistics teams to provide required inputs for inbound/outbound tendering processes.
- Coordinate with network and market planning teams to reconcile short‑/mid‑/long‑term assumptions.
- Create and maintain tools, templates, and reports required to run the MT planning process.
- Identify risks and support development of mitigation plans with relevant stakeholders, ensuring reliable MT planning outputs that support smoother S&OP cycles and capacity alignment.
Project involvement as needed for mid term related planning tool/s systems:
- Operationalize IBP within S&OP: Develop and integrate processes, tools, models, and templates to embed the IBP engine into the planning landscape.
- Drive testing and adoption: Execute UAT/testing, document results, and support change management and training to ensure successful implementation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good business know-how of end-to-end supply chain principles and S&OP/E process.
- Strong analytical and computational skills with a proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities, conduct root‑cause analysis, solve complex problems, and drive effective solutions.
- Proven collaboration skills and confidence in navigating matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills, across different groups of organization
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP IBP, Llamasoft or any other optimization tool or ETL tool (like Alteryx) preferred.
- Strong MS Office hands-on capabilities especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle complex assignments with ambiguous problem statements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures across different time zones.
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, and information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Supply chain management or related function in a global company, ideally in the sporting goods or retail industry.
- Relevant supply chain certifications like CSCP, CPIM etc. are a plus
