Manager Supply Chain Business Architect
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As the Manager Supply Chain Business Architect, you’re responsible to execute the development of the Supply Chain Business Process House. You will act as the Business Process Design expert, the guardian of the Process House and support the Supply Chain organization in their process journey. You create e2e visibility and ensure a seamless integration of processes. You’re also a trusted partner and engage with key business stakeholders to drive business process management across SCM.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Alignment
- Specify the Business Process roadmap considering the value for the Supply Chain user community and the company
- Be responsible for the delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates
- Identify and solve dependencies with other business process managers to ensure efficient delivery
- Coordinate interfaces between different global and market business process teams
Business Process Management (BPM)
- Support & lead process design activities
- Develop and implement best practices across Supply Chain to ensure process consistency
- Support the SCM Community to identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Bring in business knowledge to support & challenge process designs
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Foster a mindset of continuous process improvement using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma
- Develop and provide business process trainings
- Drive best practice sharing across the Supply Chain Business Process teams and beyond

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Sourcing, Sales or Finance processes
- Experience in Business Process, Operational Management and/or Project Management
- Experience in process design methodologies & languages [BPMN 2.0]
- Passion for process tools eg. Signavio, Aris
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Good Team player
- English fluent (written and oral), other languages are a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- College or university degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment (e.g. business process management, project management, operational excellence background)
