Senior Specialist GBS HR Services - Benefits in Kind
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
adidas Shared Services in Porto delivers high quality services for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and Americas.
Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes. As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a local and partially European and global level
- Provide consultancy services and service excellence to the HR community regarding general and more complex issues.
- Handle standard & complex inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required)
- Timely execute assigned tasks and more complex issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements, e.g.
- Administrating procurement, invoicing and financial processes and reporting incl. recharging if required.
- Oversee and execute tax calculations of individual and collective events, tickets, catering, company sports, and any other benefit in kind concept.
- Drive the continuous improvement of internal documentation incl. mapped processes and knowledge base articles and act as a reliable author of nominated articles.
- Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures.
- Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts.
- Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas’ Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good affinity for and experience with business computing solutions, ideally SAP HR and SAP PEU
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to manage high volumes of transactional and administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude.
- International mindset: experience working as part of a geographically and culturally diverse team is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and complete activities according to business priorities.
- Good understanding of relevant legal and collective regulations.
- Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment is preferred.
- Experience with mobility processes is an advantage.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within an international matrix organization.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good command of German is an advantage.
- Strong experience working with business applications and HR systems, ideally SAP HR and SAP PEU.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
