Our Global Business Services (GBS) Process Excellence team is responsible for driving functional service design, ensuring process quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This role will be part of the GBS Global Process team, supporting the solution strategy and roadmap for end-to-end business processes worldwide.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

• Implement the solution roadmap for a specific process domain (e.g., Primary Data, Month-End-Closing/Consolidation).
• Maintain GL Accounts (e.g., Chart of Accounts, CO Objects, Smartclose tool).
• Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service in collaboration with customers and the operations team.
• Support transition projects and ensure knowledge retention.
• Coordinate and support the Global Process Owner within the product team.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, and communication materials.
• Maintain budget and business case templates.
• Handle collaboration platforms and tools.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proficient spoken and written command of English (mandatory).
• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, controlling or related.
• Strong knowledge of SAP R3/S4 in Finance and/or Controlling.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Blackline Smartclose tool knowledge (preferential).
• Experience in data management (preferential).
