Specialist GPS Product Supply Operations
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Supply Chain Planning creates one integrated end-to-end Supply Chain Plan, striving for business optimum across the full planning horizon and network in close collaboration with our business partners, powered by the S&OP platform and leveraging scenario planning.
Provide service excellence to all Business Units & Markets through a strong understanding of their purchase order (PO) related needs. Take end-to-end responsibility for monitoring POs from placement through confirmation, shipment, and delivery/availability, proactively resolving issues and coordinating stakeholders to ensure OTIF/OTA performance and adherence to market SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute business control processes for relevant areas; translate risks and opportunities into actions following business principles
- Monitor PO changes requests (e.g., partial shipments, customer request changes) and proactively identify delays, shortages, or ship mode changes.
- Drive unique processes focused on market needs, adapting global to local.
- Manage root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional stakeholders; track actions to closure.
- Provide clear visibility to stakeholders through weekly operational reporting, escalations, and decision-ready summaries.
- Maintain governance on priorities and escalations (what/when/who), ensuring fast decision-making and documented outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (process standardization, automation, system enhancements) to reduce manual work and recurring delivery issues

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

- Comfortable with learning internal systems such as Supply Chain Planning and Execution software applications
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning. Master's degree is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
