Sr Manager Supply Chain - Product Supply Creation
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Oversee integrated purchasing, global supply planning and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability target OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) and respects market SLAs. Optimize usage of factory capacity in line with market requirements, supplier capabilities to service global demand. Work across functions to drive risk mitigation plans.
As a leader, you will provide guidance, support, and feedback to help your teams strive for operation excellence and partner with key business stakeholders from different regions to drive success and create value for the functional and Markets through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee GBS PSC – Business Control stream, composed of three different teams focusing on Market, Factory and the Responsiveness Program – all with the aim to ensure product availability.
- Manage the buy decisions in line with the supply plan and respect SLA’s.
- Lead the business control process with market SCM by providing availability projections and addressing risks and opportunities; drive buy reviews and manage supply constraints through mitigation actions such as level loading process and demand management.
- Understand supply constraints in collaboration with Master Planning and Liaison Office (LO), deliver performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place.
- Manage complex process ownership and execution identifying and lead process improvements. Drive implementation of projects within area of responsibility.
- Lead/support process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/ cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage collaborative relationships with key counterparts in Market SCM, Sourcing and SCM Hubs.
- Set goals, adhere to the agreed SLAs towards the business partners, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage and coach team, setting objectives, providing feedback and supporting personal growth and development.
- Ensure that enough structure and resources are in place to execute all processes and tasks with consistency and quality, and recruit direct and indirect reports including management level positions.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of E2E-processes for PSC – Business Control as well as good understanding of main PSC processes.
- Good understanding of supply chain principles and demand/supply models.
- Solid interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation that can navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety functions, audiences, management styles, or cultures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly results driven and self-motivated player.
- Good communication skills with proven ability to interact, influence and convince at management level.
- Excellent communication, people management and change management skills as well as ability to manage relationships professionally. Demonstrated capacity to lead a high preforming team.
- Growth mindset, keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Supply Chain Planning and Execution software applications.
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries including leadership positions
