At adidas, our belief is that “through sports, we have the power to change lives.” The Trade Terms team plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of discount conditions within the adidas wholesale business. As part of the Account & Sales Operations Stream, the Trade Terms team is responsible for maintaining, updating, and analyzing discount information in SAP to support sales and market strategy objectives.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

• Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of trade terms information in SAP.

• Maintain On-Invoice and Off-Invoice discounts.

• Contribute to the resolution of queries related to missing or inaccurate discounts.

• Support ongoing projects for the implementation of technology solutions.

• Act as the first point of contact for process-related issues and escalations.

• Assist in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions and provide ad hoc analysis.

• Collaborate with Account Operations, Sales teams, and other stakeholders to improve daily processes and tasks.

• Provide backup support for the Team Leader when needed.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proficient spoken and written command of English.

• Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or business areas.

• Solid experience with SAP SD and Excel.

• Experience with Salesforce (Assist) - preferential.

• Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar.
