Sr Specialist Digital Tax Compliance Solutions
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
As a Senior Specialist in Digital Tax Compliance Solutions, you will support the implementation and ongoing management of adidas’ e‑reporting and e‑invoicing requirements, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient tax reporting processes across systems and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- You will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and readiness of tax data across reporting systems.
- You will analyze data from e-invoicing and e-reporting tools, providing insights to Corporate Tax and local markets.
- You will reconcile tax data with source systems and investigate discrepancies.
- You will identify, escalate, and resolve issues in a timely and structured way.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and fast issue resolution.
- You will follow and continuously improve standard procedures and workflows.
- You will contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new solutions.
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- You have solid experience with SAP FI from a user perspective.
- You have strong knowledge of accounting and tax processes.
- You have experience working with digital tax reporting solutions (e-invoicing, e-reporting).
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
- You communicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Tax, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP FI projects or digital tax reporting environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional or shared service environments is a plus.
