Sr Specialist GPS Product Supply Interface - Availability Management (Temporary)

Drive business solutions within Product Supply to maximize product availability and business performance while balancing cost and operational constraints. 

Leverage data-driven insights, effective storytelling, and strong stakeholder management to influence decisions, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities

 

  • Availability Management

    • Drive availability management and analysis for assigned Business Units (BUs):

      • Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making in a fast-paced, complex context
      • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI reporting solutions to enable data-driven decision-making
      • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and maximize product availability
      • Support scenario analysis and provide fact-based recommendations to optimize business and supply chain decisions

 

  • Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management

    • Provide tailored availability insights to stakeholders:
       
      • Translate commercial requirements into supply chain solutions and communicate supply chain constraints and opportunities to business stakeholders
      • Identify, analyse, and address key performance drivers impacting product availability and business performance
      • Deliver clear, actionable, and business-relevant insights to stakeholders, translating complex supply and demand dynamics into meaningful recommendations
      • Proactively identify, escalate, and manage risks and opportunities impacting product availability

 

  • Continuous improvement 
    • Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Product Supply processes
    • Support the adoption of new tools and ways of working
    • Suggest creative and resourceful solutions, translating ideas into actionable and impactful outcomes

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and levels
  • Service-minded and consumer/customer oriented
  • Team player and effective collaborator
  • Strong Power BI skills for data modeling, visualisation, and reporting is a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills) and SAP
  • Fluent in English, additional language is a plus

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or in the areas of Business Administration, Logistics, Planning, and Information Systems. Master's degree is a plus.

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Operations, Business Analytics or related fields, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries.
