Sr. Specialist Supply Chain - Customer Fulfillment
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
This role is responsible for managing the partnership between Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Wholesale, serving as the primary SCM interface for the business. It oversees the full process from sales order entry to on-time delivery, ensuring a reliable, efficient, and competitive supply chain for wholesale customers.
The position also supports supply chain initiatives that deliver mutual value - such as revenue growth and cost efficiency - for both the adidas Group and its customers. Through cross-functional collaboration, the role helps address On Time In Full (OTIF) challenges, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports the implementation of mitigation actions while upholding service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with Account & Sales Operations, Sales Teams, and SCM to understand priorities and address issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across teams.
- Support orderbook conversion by evaluating speed and availability drivers, ensuring optimal stock allocation, and securing on-time delivery for wholesale customers.
- Identify and address gaps between actual and targeted delivery performance to enhance productivity and improve orderbook conversion.
- Ensure flawless orderbook execution, timely issue resolution, and integrity of product availability, while providing clear updates to stakeholders.
- Provide transparent, customer- and market-centric KPIs along with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Promote service excellence across all touchpoints to enable smooth and strategic launch execution.
- Maintain visibility of orderbook status, proactively proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for sales orderbook inquiries received through the centralized mailbox.
- Monitor outbound orderbook activities, identify potential delays, and implement actions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure availability and on-time orderbook conversion during seasonal peak periods.
- Ensure orderbook compliance with established business rules and policies.
- Collaborate closely with Account & Sales Operations and Sales Teams, offering process expertise and working with global partners to deliver effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with wholesale Account & Sales Operations, Sales, and Order Fulfillment teams, supporting unique requirements as needed.
- Participate in system upgrade workshops and trainings, and support regression testing as a key user for SAP and Power BI functionalities.
- Support the Team Lead Customer Fulfillment with special handling requests.
- Engage in daily interactions with key stakeholders.
- Deliver services in alignment with agreed SLAs.
- Create, distribute, and standardize operational reports for relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting customer needs within the supply chain.

- Understanding of cost drivers and their impact on sales performance.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a performance‑driven environment.
- Experience working under pressure, managing deadlines, and navigating competing priorities.
- Willingness and ability to learn and use internal systems and supply chain–related software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate proficiency with SAP‑AFS (SD module).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset in a global environment.
Requisite Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field. A specialization in Commercial Management or Industry is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain support within operations, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries.
