Human Resources Operation Trainee - Tamheer
This is an opportunity at adidas within our Head Office located in Qurtubah, Riyadh, as part of the HR department.
Tasks
- Assist in a wide range of HR activities, including onboarding new employees, and helping with employee engagement initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating employee records, managing HR databases, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing HR documents and materials.
- Provide general support to the HR team by responding to employee inquiries, assisting with HR policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Requirments
- Should not be currently employed in any job (full-time or part-time).
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
- The applicant must not have been registered with GOSI in the last 6 months

Must demonstrate good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred
- The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
