As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the right gear, apparel, and footwear to elevate their performance. You’ll bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to every interaction. 

  • Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment. 

  • Passion for sport, fitness or fashion. 

  • Motivated by targets and have knowledge of store KPIs. 

  • Effective customer service and sales skills. 

  • Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious. 

  • Good communications skills in English. 

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings. 

  

YOUR ACTIVITIES: 

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment 

  • Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values. 

  • Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals. 

  • Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness
