As a Sales Assistant, you contribute to achieving or exceeding store sales and KPI targets by delivering an excellent consumer experience and acting as a true brand ambassador.
You support daily store operations with a proactive mindset, whether on the sales floor or in the stockroom, ensuring smooth execution of customer service, replenishment, and operational standards.
Your role is key in creating a welcoming environment that drives sales, strengthens brand loyalty, and reflects adidas values. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Contribute to store performance by actively working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs  

• Deliver an excellent consumer experience in line with the adidas customer service model  

• Act as a brand ambassador by representing adidas values and product knowledge on the shop floor  

• Proactively apply learnings from training sessions into daily selling behaviors  

• Support store operations including replenishment, stockroom activities, and sales floor organization  

• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment  

• Execute sales transactions quickly and accurately, following cash handling procedures  

• Comply with store safety and security procedures to minimize losses and stock discrepancies  

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals  

• Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in both sales floor and stockroom operations  

• Show a continuous willingness to learn and actively engage in development opportunities 

What we are looking for in you 

• Ideally 1–2 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred) with exposure to sales and customer service  

• Passion for retail, sports, and delivering great consumer experience  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment  

• Flexibility to support different store operations (sales floor and stockroom) 

• Good knowledge of English and Italian
